Founder’s Story: Why I Started Hearth

I grew up watching families around me struggle with the same problem — a place to live was never truly secure. Too many people I knew were priced out of ownership, stuck in cycles of rising rents, or forced into housing that didn’t nurture their lives.

When I entered the plumbing and home services industry, I saw it firsthand every day:

Homes falling apart because repairs were unaffordable.

Families forced to choose between rent and basic needs.

Communities fractured because stable housing was out of reach.

It lit a fire in me. Housing wasn’t just shelter — it was the foundation of dignity, family, and possibility.

But the system was broken. Traditional homeownership required decades of debt, while renting meant no equity, no stability, and no future wealth. I knew there had to be another way.

That’s where the vision for Hearth came from.

Hearth isn’t just a company — it’s my life’s work to reimagine housing as a right, not a privilege. It’s inspired by:
